Perched like a Lilliputian village beneath towering hills and fronted by a pounding ocean, this tiny town is a mecca for seabird watchers on stormy days. Obliging locals will take you out to do a little fishing, and if you can keep your stomach in order, you will likely see a dozen or more seabird species. It is not unusual to see albatrosses here.
